FTL Simulator

Real-time truck-fill estimation as customers shop. Fill % and freight bracket update live.

As a customer adds tile or stone to the cart, the FTL Simulator calculates running pallet count, total weight, and fill percentage of a standard 48-foot trailer. When the cart crosses an LTL-to-FTL threshold, the freight estimate drops — customers see the savings in real time.

What the theme would not hold.

reight cost is the largest variable in a stone or tile purchase. Most brands either hide freight until checkout (causing abandonment) or quote a flat rate that loses money on large orders. The FTL Simulator makes freight transparent — and turns a cost into a savings incentive as carts grow.

N°03Technical surface

How it is actually built.

The stack is on the bench, the wiring is documented, and the instance you ship with is yours to extend after handover.

Hydrogen cart subscriber component with real-time recalculation on every line-item change. Freight bracket logic defined in product metafields (pallet weight, dimensions). LTL/FTL thresholds configured per carrier zone in environment variables.
